How to create a secondary email account

If you want to add another email address you have to validate the new account via SMS. Follow the steps below to set it up.

1) Visit http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2/email/o2webmail.

2) Log in with your primary O2 username and password.

3) Click "My Online Accounts" in the left hand menu.

4) Click "Create a new secondary online account for yourself, friends or family".

5) Click "Create a secondary online account for yourself".

6) Enter your mobile phone number and click Continue.

7) Click "register"

8) You will be sent an SMS to your mobile. Enter the code into the box, and complete the rest of the form. Click Continue.

9) You will be sent three further texts, one with your username, one with your password, and one informing you your account has been upgraded to a secondary account.

You have successfully set up a new O2 email address.
